Total Productive Maintenance Coordinator

Job Information

Plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

Role & Responsibility

1. Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

2. Coordinate the front-line maintenance foreman, supervisor in determining job priorities.

3. Ensures that the CMMS software data files are complete and current.

• a) Enters all equipment and PMs into system.
• Adds parts required for PM

4. Develops and Maintains reports

5. May assist in stores and purchasing functions.

6. Is part of a team that identifies, analyses, and reviews equipment maintenance problems.

7. Assist in educating operations or facility personal in maintenance management.

8. Maintenance is owner of equipment along with Sustaining Manufacturing Engineering.

Job Requirement

• Associates Degree preferred - equivalent experience acceptable
• Knowledge of factory and equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and proficiently operate TPM software.
• Solid analytical and decision making skills.
• Attention to detail a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• 0-2 years experience.
• < 10% Travel
