Salary Range: Min: $67,964.00 - Mid: $84,942.00 - Max: $101,920.00
**Limited telework may be permitted in accordance with SEPTA policy**
OVERALL DESCRIPTION
Coordinate the development and administration of budgetary and reporting systems as related to the Capital Program and Septa Special Services task order contracts for the Project Control Department and EM&C Division.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates the development of the annual capital spending forecast and capital performance reporting for the Authority.
- Prepares annual capital spending forecasts and major project/contract milestones for each engineering department.
- Provides periodic information and progress reports for in-house and funding agencies use.
- Responsible to develop and evaluate third-party contractor performance data including change orders and amendments.
- Coordinates and tracks authorized and pending task order assignments for each Septa special services contract.
- Tracks and processes task order invoices for each Septa special services contract.
- Provides management with reports that will establish and track efficiency of capital projects, and provides basis for management decision.
- Provides administrative services and support to project management staff, including production schedules, staffing budgets, workflow analysis, etc.
- Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years related financial, budgeting and/or statistical experience required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience (two (2) years of related experience equating to one year of formal post-high school education) may be considered in lieu of the above requirements.
- Experience preparing statistical and/or financial reports required.
- Knowledge of Septa Capital Program Management System (CPMS) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
