You are:

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Conversion Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming financial data into actionable insights for a dynamic organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the conversion process, ensuring that financial data is accurately migrated from legacy systems to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Financials, as you will be tasked with designing and implementing conversion strategies that are both efficient and effective.

 The work:

• Data validation to guarantee the integrity of the financial data post-conversion
• Testing of converted data to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the new system
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies that may arise during the conversion process
• Conduct testing cycles to validate the accuracy of the financial data
• Navigate and manipulate large datasets

 Here’s what you need:

• 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience
• Experience in similar financial data conversion projects
• Experience in project management and the ability to lead a team through complex data migrations
• Experience leading the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials data conversion process
• Experience analyzing module conversion data load
• Understanding of relational dependencies
• Experience with loading data to the Oracle cloud instance, conducting pre-conversion activities dependency check

Nice to have:

• Experience with end-to-end data conversion lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-conversion support
• Experience overseeing delivery of functional components and SaaS configurations
• Deployment planning and communications experience
• Experience leading functional workstreams for modules
• Ability to drive best practices and functional requirements
• Experience with workshop scheduling and facilitation
• Design decision-making skills
• Process design and data definition experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements:

• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Must be local to Knoxville, TX and willing to work onsite 4 days per week OR willing to travel Monday-Thursday

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
