Overview
Our Pediatric Psychiatric Care LNA's support our high risk mental health pediatric patients. Our highest priority for these patients is safety and delivering a therapeutic environment.
Successful candidates will have a passion for working in behavioral health, demonstrating empathy, compassionate caring, and a high level of emotional intelligence, providing one on one support to adolescent patients in need ranging from 12 to 17 years of age.
Our FT LNA's work 3 x 12hr shifts/week. We have Day and Night shift options available.
Responsibilities
Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care duties. Possesses direct access to drug products and secure medication locations in order to manage the storage, handling and disposal of medications consistent with the Medication Storage and Handling Policy.
Qualifications
- High school graduate required.
- Must demonstrate keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use.
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of NH required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
