What You’ll Be Doing

• Apply crop protection products safely and efficiently
• Keep detailed logs and communicate with customers
• Maintain and operate equipment (routine service, minor repairs)
• Pitch in with deliveries, location upkeep, and other day-to-day work
• Be a part of a team that’s always ready to help each other out

What You Bring

• Prior applicator or ag equipment experience preferred (we’ll train the right person!)
• Ability to obtain CDL and Commercial Operator’s License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail, mechanical know-how, and willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and solid work ethic—we’re looking for team players!

Location

This full-time position is based in Armington, Illinois. You’ll be working with a team that knows the land, the people, and the importance of community.
