The Headlines:
In the role of the Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) Manager working in Golden, Colorado, you are part of the Americas HR team and will deliver HR strategies and services through the World Class Supply Chain Fundamentals (WCSC) to effectively build the organizational capability required to achieve our people, culture and business goals.
This role reports to the Director HR Business Partner and collaborates with HR centers of excellence and client group leaders in the cans, ends and bottle facilities in areas such as integrated people management, employee and labor relations, talent and performance management, compensation, organizational effectiveness, etc., to implement HR initiatives supporting the business strategy.
The Responsibilities:

Most importantly, you will lead a team of four talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.

Lead the World Class Supply Chain Organizational Pillar for the facilities to drive people strategies and ensure a consistent approach to HR service delivery

Works collaboratively with client leaders and HR centers of excellence to translate business needs into HR priorities for dedicated clients aligned with organizational priorities.

Provide primary business partnering/ consulting to client group leaders and their teams to drive optimal decision-making to improve business results.

Create a culture of continuous learning and development. Partner with the line management to provide the leadership required to advance employee technical and leadership skills.

Operate as a subject matter expert in employment and labor law by providing technical advice to the leadership team, partnering with Molson Coors Employee Relations and Legal Departments as appropriate.

Act as a strategic partner by working collaboratively, developing organizational capability, utilizing data and insights, and providing thought leadership to specialist groups.

Lead change management in collaboration with manufacturing development, learning and development, and communications. Ensure new work practices are aligned with the business strategy through appropriate change methodology and organizational anchoring.

Promote positive employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion and developing strategies to ensure ongoing effective labor and employee relations.

Execute operational aspects of people management, utilizing knowledge of policies to coach leadership and employees and provide employee relations support and guidance.

You have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience

You have at least 5-8 years of experience in human resources driving culture improvement and change through workforce and succession planning and performance management.

You have experience working with multiple facilities and ensure HR practices comply with federal and state laws and regulations and in identifying and diagnosing business performance gaps and recommending solutions to close the gaps.

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

You have proven ability to create a presence in the business and apply advocacy skills to position HR as a strategic business partner.
