Technical Business Analyst

What does a successful Technical Business Analyst do at Fiserv? As a Technical Business Analyst, you will leverage Finxact, an innovative enterprise-class 100 percent open API cloud-native platform, to deliver scalable and adaptable solutions. Your role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configuring our systems to meet these needs. By utilizing your expertise in core banking platforms and financial products, you will contribute to delivering innovative solutions that empower our clients to serve their customers more effectively.

What you will do:

  • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
  • Configure core banking systems to align with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents, business process models, use cases, and other documentation.
  • Utilize project management tools like JIRA and Confluence to track project progress and collaborate with stakeholders.

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in core banking systems and SaaS/BaaS platforms.
  • 6+ years of experience in business process modeling and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • 8+ years of experience with financial products such as loans, deposits, payments, and treasury.
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

  • This role is fully on-site. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
