Position Overview:

We are seeking 2 FT compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) who are committed to personal growth, professional development, and delivering exceptional care. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, adaptability to clients needs, and a passion for making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and document as required 
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff

Documents as Required:

• Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• Must have 3-5 years of recent and active CHHA experience
• Valid NJ Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Bergen County
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
