Customer Service Cashier Responsibilities 

• Complete credit card payment processing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Receive and reconcile all cash, checks, and credit payments from the delivery/logistics team.
• Promotes continued communication with delivery/logistics team and warehouse employees.
• Completes customer and driver calls regarding payment processing and reconciliation with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise, and when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution. 
• Maintains a professional appearance. 
• Keeps work area neat and clean.

Customer Service Cashier Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail or Customer Service Experience preferred but not required. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background check.
