What you will do!
Under the direction of the Deputy Superintendent, the Program Director is responsible to provide leadership planning, direction of services, coordination and integration of the functions and activities of living unit, treatment mall and interdisciplinary treatment team functions, to ensure quality patient care, optimal operation, and ongoing licensure and/or certification of the Program.
The Program Director
- Provides effective leadership which inspires, motivates and guides employees toward goal accomplishment and provides effective oversight to achieve the mission, vision and values of Oregon State Hospital and Oregon Health Authority.
- Plans and organizes the functions of the Program through collaboration with clinical discipline directors, administrators, departments and staff to ensure the quality of patient care.
