Summary

The analyst will work closely with the Director of Product Operations, assisting with administrative tasks, data gathering and cleanup, and documentation initiatives that support product strategy and operational performance. Core Responsibilities
Data Management & Documentation – Assist in organizing and maintaining product-related data, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Project Tracking & Coordination – Support project tracking efforts by monitoring key deliverables and timelines, helping maintain alignment across teams.
Research & Data Analysis – Conduct research and analyze data to support product strategy initiatives, providing insights that drive decision-making.
Internal Communication & Reporting – Prepare internal communications, including presentations, reports, and status updates, to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate seeking a part-time role (hours will vary from week to week depending on projects required)
Interest in gaining experience in project management and data analysis.
Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, work, or volunteer roles.
Proven ability to work in team settings, collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing data and documentation.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information to support research and decision-making.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing reports and presentations.
Interest in product operations, business strategy, or data analysis, with a willingness to learn.
