This is your chance to make an impact where energy meets security!</p>Senior Cybersecurity Engineer - Your Responsibilities<ul><li><strong>Design, implement, and continuously improve</strong>on-premises security architecture, including infrastructure, firewall policies, and network segmentation.</li><li><strong>Establish and maintain security baselines</strong>for endpoints, servers, and critical infrastructure to ensure a robust and compliant IT environment.</li><li><strong>Lead identity and access management (IAM)</strong>initiatives, managing AD, PKI, LDAP, RBAC, and mobile device security (MDM).</li><li><strong>Collaborate with SOC and internal teams</strong>to detect, respond to, and analyze threats, while enhancing incident response capabilities.</li><li><strong>Drive compliance and governance efforts</strong>, supporting risk assessments, ISO 27001/NIS2 audits, and the development of internal security frameworks.</li></ul> Senior Cybersecurity Engineer - Your Profile<ul><li><strong>5+ years in cybersecurity</strong>with hands-on experience in security architecture, on-premises, and O365 environments.</li><li><strong>Skilled in network and endpoint security</strong>, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, and log management.</li><li><strong>Expert in IAM</strong>: AD, PKI, LDAP, and access management.</li><li><strong>Knowledgeable in compliance</strong>: ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks, NIS2.</li><li><strong>Autonomous, structured, problem-solver</strong>with strong communication skills; fluent in English.</li></ul>
