Duties:
 
Responsible for translating plans into actionable, measurable results, providing direction, and adapting to change.

This individual will lead workstreams within strategic programs and be responsible for leading the delivery of stated outcomes.
Projects cover intersection with product management, product/platform engineering, infosec and production operations.

Skills: 

• Break a problem down into its component parts – identify the root cause and develop a solution
• Analyze problems and use learning process to gain deep understanding before deciding on a course of action
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling change, being able to juggle multiple demands, and adapting to new situations with fresh ideas or innovative approaches
• Connect Product and Engineering teams via applied Agility
• Demonstrate consistent delivery of high-quality projects
• Build trust with technologists
• Build expertise in project areas

Education:      

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Minimum).
