We support high-profile transactions across a wide range of industries, delivering strategic advice and hands-on execution at every stage of the deal process. Our experienced professionals work with a diverse client base — including large Greek and multinational corporations, SMEs, private equity funds, banks, and institutional investors — helping them unlock value and achieve their strategic objectives.</p><p><strong>The role in more detail:</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Deals – Business Plans Senior / Supervisor Advisor</strong>, you will have the opportunity to lead and engage in challenging projects, providing financial advisory services. Collaborating with a diverse team of experts, you will offer critical insights and support to clients across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to further develop its expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p><p>As part of the Deals – Business Plans team, your role will involve leading the development of extensive business plans and reviewing junior team members. Additionally, you will have the chance to enhance your skills through continuous learning and professional development, positioning yourself for further growth and advancement in your career.<strong><br/></strong><strong><br/></strong><strong>The key responsibilities of this role include:</strong></p><ul> <li>Overseeing the design and development of complex 3-statement financial models to forecast future performance and assess funding requirements.</li> <li>Assessing potential funding structures and opportunities, including Recovery &amp; Resilience Fund (RRF) subsidized loans, and contributing to the formulation of financing strategies.</li> <li>Coordinating and supervising industry and market research to support the evaluation of business plans and strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Overseeing the preparation of reports and client presentations, ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity.</li> <li>Guiding and supporting junior team members in their day-to-day work, providing feedback, and promoting their technical development.</li> <li>Participating in client meetings and discussions, contributing to the delivery of actionable recommendations.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong><strong>To be successful at this role you need the following </strong><strong>(hard and soft skills)</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting &amp; Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Economics with an excellent academic record</li> <li>Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CFA) in any of the above-mentioned disciplines will be considered a strong asset</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years (Senior) to 4 years (Supervisor) of relevant professional experience, preferably in business plans/restructuring within an audit/consulting firm</li> <li>Familiarity and a solid understanding of financial accounting principles</li> <li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills</li> <li>Fluency in Greek and English, both orally and verbally</li> <li>Knowledge of RRF regulation will be a strong asset</li> <li>Problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills</li> <li>Effective communication and rapport-building skills</li> <li>Ability to develop and deliver high-quality services and solutions</li> <li>An extremely high work ethic</li> <li>Motivation for career progression and development</li> <li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong> <strong></strong><strong>What’s in it for You?</strong></p><p>At Grant
