Job Description

The ideal candidate will have retail and sales experience and a desire to join an exciting, energetic and trendsetting airport concessionaire. This role drives the company’s key performance metrics by delivering an exceptional customer store experience through the associates they manage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Service - Ensure that First Class Service Standards are consistently met.
• Operations - Regularly review merchandising to ensure that standards are being met and consistent with company guidelines.
• Financial/Business – Recommend and influence positive changes to achieve location and company performance. Monitor overall P&L results and generate action plans as needed.
• Leadership & People – coach, inspire, and grow a professional team.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced learning preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of retail management experience. Prior experience leading multi-cultural teams is strongly preferred.
• Interest in relocating to other Paradies retail locations in the future for advancement opportunities.
