Motorclothes Sales Associate - Black Gold Harley-Davidson

Black Gold Harley-Davidson, part of RideNow Powersports which is one of the largest powersports dealership network in the nation—is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories
• Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements
• Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
• Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing
• Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
  
• Basic computer proficiency
  
  
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
