Early Intervention Staffing Associate

Summary

Autism Care Partners provides individualized therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Staffing Associate is responsible for staffing cases from various sources in assigned areas.

Essential Functions

• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. 

• Retrieve authorization, check for prescriptions and appropriate consent forms. 

• Good communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Assist providers by providing documentation as needed

• Motivated and self driven

• Assist with agency functions as needed

Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft excel and Outlook, NYEIS and ICentral Apps

• Knowledge of areas being staffed

• Teamwork, good communication skills, customer service, enthusiasm

Meeting Expectations

Dept, staff and teams meetings

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Early Intervention Experience 

Additional Requirements  

• Employees in this role are considered essential workers as part of the critical infrastructure.  
• No prior criminal history. 
• Proficient computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook 
• Ability to operate basic office equipment 
• Spanish Speaker a plus
