Senior Asset & License Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware and software) from acquisition to disposal.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in the asset management system.
• Ensure timely refresh and retirement of IT assets based on lifecycle policies.
• Monitor software license usage, entitlements, renewals, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to software licensing agreements and minimize audit risks.
• Work with vendors and procurement to manage contracts and renewals
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for asset and license management.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required documentation.
• Monitor for unauthorized or unlicensed software installations.
• Generate reports and dashboards on asset utilization, compliance status, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through asset reuse, right-sizing, or license reallocation.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, security, and IT teams.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on asset and license management processes.
