We are currently seeking an candidate to join our JB&A team as an Customer Service Representative who will perform entry level account and general office.

 

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a crucial role in engaging with our valued customers and representing our company. Your responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, collaborating with the customer service and sales teams to develop innovative communication strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on their purchases. You will also be responsible for efficiently processing invoices and orders, recording business transactions, and providing support with office-related tasks, such as handling phone calls.
