<h3>Description</h3> <p><strong>Automation Tech Lead-Job Description</strong> </p><p><strong>Remotely, full time, B2B Contract </strong> </p><p><strong>About us:</strong> </p><p>Browzwear’s mission is to revolutionize the apparel industry with our 3D end-to-end solutions.  </p><p> We develop innovative and exciting cutting-edge 3D garment visualization technology, which enables digital workflow, creative designs, faster time to market, and less garment waste.  </p><p>We work with some of the biggest and most well-known global companies. </p><p><a href="https://browzwear.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Browzwear: #1 3D Apparel Design Software</a> </p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Requirements </strong> </p><ul><li> BSc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a similar degree. </li><li>Experience testing Web Applications using Selenium and BE tools.  </li><li>5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining an automation Java-based infrastructure for a complex distributed systems backend/frontend architecture.  </li><li>Proven experience in automation testing all layers of web applications (API/UI). </li><li>Experience in working with frameworks and tools like Maven, TestNG, GitHub, and Jenkins. </li><li>knowledge of OOP, design, and architectural patterns. </li><li>knowledge of REST API. </li><li>CI/CD Tools: Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or similar. </li><li>Experience with manual and automatic testing of both web and desktop applications. </li><li>Experience in test planning and creating technical documentation. </li><li>Experience with creating clear and concise test cases that cover different scenarios and adequately test results. </li><li>Location-Poland-A Must! </li><li>Fluent English - mandatory  </li></ul><p>Skills:  </p><ul><li> Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems with short deadlines. </li><li>Self-motivated, independent worker, and fast learner. </li><li>Great communication skills include working well with teams from varying cultural backgrounds and interacting effectively with development, testing engineers, and all levels of management.  </li><li>Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.  </li><li>Can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and leadership. </li><li>Leadership, coordination abilities and abilities to influence without authority. </li></ul><p> <strong>Advantages:</strong> </p><ul><li>Experience with Microservices Architecture: Working knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures, along with related automation strategies. </li><li>Knowledge of Scrum process in Agile methodology. </li><li>Previous management back round </li></ul><p><br/></p>
