About the team

As the Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.



Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the function iteration of the customer service configuration platform, participating in the whole process of function planning, requirement definition, development, testing and launch, ensuring the quality of product launch, and strictly controlling the product experience;

2. Collect the needs of relevant business parties such as operation and product, sort out clear business processes, form product plans and system requirements, and coordinate resources to promote implementation;

3. Enhance the rationality of customer service back-end system architecture, and provide timely and efficient tool support for business through forward-looking modularization and configuration design.
