As a GSPN Clinical Services Manager, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Good Samaritan.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Ensures high-quality patient care by efficiently managing staffing.
- Implements Clinical Policies, reports needed changes to policies.
- Manages Clinical Staff PTO , schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
- Manages Resource Pool (Float pool) payroll
- Manages Overtime and PTO for Resource Pool
- Attends regularly scheduled management meetings
- Conducts regularly scheduled Clinical Staff meetings
- Maintains work schedule to optimize office clinical resources
- Protects patient rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Hire, train, responsible for orientation of new clinical staff including MA’s, CMA’s, LPN’s and RN’s.
- Conducts performance evaluations, provides coaching and mentoring.
- Address patient concerns and complaints effectively.
- Manages Find a Provider line, assisting patients to find new providers.
- Maintains Clinical Training manuals for all departments
- Will be assigned to multiple interdisciplinary teams to ensure Quality Care is given throughout the organization.
Job Specifications:
- Registered Nurse with BSN preferred, and prior medical office experience
- EPIC EHR experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
