Teleradiology Quality Assurance Coordinator - Full Time - Hybrid

Hybrid: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Job Type: Full time

Compensation: Between $19 and $23 dependent upon experience 

Responsibilities: 

• Produces daily, weekly and monthly quality metrics reports

• Distribute monthly quality metrics to the radiologists

• Produce and distribute monthly quality metrics reporting to leadership and other Teleradiology departments

• Post monthly reporting for client access

• Report weekly misses and distribute data to Teleradiology team

• Categorize all rereads and process accordingly. This is to be performed 7 days a week at least 3 times per day

• Process all peer review results. This is to be performed 7 days a week

• Process and monitor all missed cases for addenda

• Monitor all new clients for image quality issues for 2 weeks and run report to obtain data

• Notify new clients with image quality issues over 15% after review period

• Manage anonymized cases monthly for teaching file and radiologist miss folder

• Distribute client specific data to folders within OP for Client access. This is to be performed 7 days a week

• Collect, manage and submit cases to JCUM for monthly article

• Accurately report client interactions to CSM team

• Communicate with leadership regarding challenges

• Co-chief schedule and notifications

• Special projects

• Work with Director of Quality to obtain cases for Experity educational portal

• Work directly with radiologists on reporting discrepancies

• Other duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience within healthcare operations 

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

• OnePacs experience
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
