HR Generalist (part-time)

As we expand our footprint in the USA, we're looking for an HR Generalist to join the international HR team and help build the HR function for our USA office.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape for our USA entity, working on all HR aspects with a primary focus on recruitment, benefits, and payroll. Your HR colleagues are based in Europe. Specialist HR services are delivered from our home base in Belgium.

We offer a part-time employment and flexible working hours, 2 days per week, with potential for increased hours in the future. Fractional workers are welcomed.

Your mission

• Recruit top talent by making perfect matches
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
• Provide HR support and guidance to USA staff on various HR-related topics
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
• Participate in HR projects

Your capabilities

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
