Accounting General Ledger Senior Analyst

<p>As an <strong>Accounting General Ledger Senior Analyst</strong> of an International Group, you will play an important part in accurate financial reporting, compliance with international accounting standards, and the development of efficient accounting processes.</p><p>This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to support the company's financial goals and objectives.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Day-to-day accounting activities, including accounting general ledger, in SAP;</p><ul><li>Preparation and revision of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS);</li><li>Working closely with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process; and collaborate with tax experts to optimize the company's global tax strategy and compliance;</li><li>Support to organizational continuous improvement initiatives;</li><li>Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar;</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;</li><li>Chartered accountant registered at Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados (<u>preferred</u>);</li><li>Advance knowledge in financial software and systems, spreadsheet and data analysis tools (SAP and Excel preferred);</li><li>English and Portuguese language skills in speaking and writing, further language skills desirable;</li><li>High level of accountability and accuracy;</li><li>Steadfast communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;</li><li>Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced international business environment.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>What do we have to offer?</strong></p><ul><ul><li>Competitive salary aligned with experience;</li><li>Integration into a solid company and a young, dynamic team;</li><li>Be part of an international environment;</li><li>Attractive benefits package including health insurance, flexible benefits, pension plan and meal card;</li><li>Flexible work environment and work-life balance;</li><li>Hybrid Regime (2 days of teleworking);</li><li>Free Birthday Day;</li><li>25 days of holidays.</li></ul></ul><p></p><p><em>We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!</em></p>
