The Role

The Go to Market Learning Partner will oversee inclusion of training offerings into Workday so learners can have access to development opportunities. They will manage the migration of information into Workday from external vendors to ensure completions are tracked accordingly for reporting purposes, maintain training and user profile records, coordinates calendar and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting, and customer communications for learning events.

The position is responsible for forecasting training demand with internal operations and external vendors. They will work closely with Learning Business Partners to gather corresponding data for quarterly planning. Upon compiling this data, they will then execute upon training demand.

Work involves moderately complex client/business needs and management of small to medium size projects. The position displays a high degree of originality and ingenuity in devising new approaches, makes coordinated decisions required in planning, organizes and completes assignments, evaluates metrics and reports across multiple programs and provides the business with insights to facilitate decisions on their education strategy.

The position coordinates within the portfolio to ensure efficient use of resources and may provide team leadership. The position interprets customer needs, makes recommendations in areas of specialization, assumes ownership of customer satisfaction and deals with customer management.

The compensation range for this position in the US is $93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.  The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.  You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off.  Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
