We are looking for a new, enthusiastic colleague to join our Away From Home business unit, a team that is passionate about our product, technology and ensuring an exceptional customer experience (installation, maintenance and de-installation of our state of the art coffee machines).
As a Planning Team Lead, you manage and coach your team to ensure correct planning of the delivery, installation and maintenance of coffee machines and related products. You are also responsible for the orders of spare parts according to the defined quantitative and qualitative targets, 3rd party management (contracting, pricing follow up of suppliers and finding new partners) and process improvement. This role reports to the Away From Home Manager and manages a team of 5 (BPO specialist, Capacity Planning Specialist, 2 Field Service Planning Specialists and a Service & Installation Planning Specialist).
A few of your key activities will be:
- You build a strong and engaged team that delivers. You have a strong focus on people development and consistently improves capabilities and engagement in the team.
- You strive for OTIF Response rate and 100% First time right on installations. You are involved in daily start ups and planning activities, OTI process and if needed you help out with hands on planning
- You strive for the best planning and 3rd party management and you guide and support planners on installations, project implementation and service
- You work closely with the Field Operations Team Lead and Sales department and you challenge on capacity to service customers, orders/improvements and events
- You monitor and implement improvement projects. You provide input to the Away From Home Manager and the Global teams to define, initiate and implement process improvement. You drive change management.
- Together with Field Operations Team Lead, who is in charge of our field technicians, you are in the lead to further implement Operations Excellence (in close contact with the global community)
- Hands on attitude required to reduce the complexity in a dynamic, customer driven environment with short response times and lot of stakeholders.

- You hold a master's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management or similar field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Operations or Supply Chain environment (demand or supply planning), preferably in FMCG
- You have at least a first people management experience
- You have experience using applications like Salesforce or SAP
- You have a continuous improvement mindset and you are a strategic problem solver
- You have profound analytical skills
- You are strong in communication and stakeholder management (both locally and globally)
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
