We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our dedicated team and help support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy for residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals to maximize patient recovery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Document progress, therapy sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility guidelines and regulations.
• Provide education to patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid and current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
