Night Shift Assistant Shop Manager. Monday - Friday. Starting pay $30.00 - $35.00. Including Full Benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will be a part of the Diesel Truck Maintenance Management team that helps maintain and supervise the integrity, quality, and customer service that our company provides. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of diesel truck technicians along with maintaining a safe work environment for customers and employees.

 

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Operating daily functions to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Assigning jobs to the proper technician that meets their capabilities and training to ensure that highest quality of work is delivered
• Maintaining and assisting in driving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
• Maintaining inventory control
• Maintaining a clean professional environment
• Performs technician duties and operates service truck on an as needed basis
• Following all established safety guidelines, including 100% compliance for Lock Out Tag Out

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of previously related experience in a diesel truck maintenance supervisory or management role
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• Physical presence at assigned work site required
