About the Intern Program

 

We are looking for students who challenge us to simplify, speed up and build a business that cares – for a better life for our customers and for our society.  We truly care for our employees and their individual needs and aspirations.  Together we all shape an environment in which everyone has the confidence to dream, explore and grow.  Key Program elements include:

 

• 10-week paid summer program beginning in early June 2024
• Pay rate of $20 per hour
• $200/per intern stipend for using your own computer equipment during internship
• Time is split time between structured curriculum and on the job experiential learning
• Opportunity to gain a broad base of industry knowledge, function specific expertise as well as personal and professional skills development 
• Ability to network with senior leaders, technical experts and customers
• Group project based on actual business challenge
• Connection with other interns and early career program participants globally
• Hybrid working environment allowing you to collaborate with and learn from teammates

What You’ll Bring To The Role

 

• Rising university juniors or seniors
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
• Excellent computer skills including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, peers, managers and customers
• Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
• You love learning how things work and you are always looking for innovative improvements
• You are open minded and treat team members with respect and value their contributions.
• Eligibility to work in local hiring office (US or Canada)
