IT Field Technician, Entry Level

Responsibilities

 

Sentinel is looking for an IT Asset Inventory Assistant to assist one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory and setting up Chromebooks. This person will demonstrate reliability and be willing to travel. This is a 1-month contract with the potential for extension, and it involves travel to various school sites within the Chicagoland area, IL.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Familiarity with Chromebook is a plus
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels within an organization
• Position requires lifting of up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 150 lbs. with assistance
• Position requires standing, squatting, climbing, and lifting from floor to waist and from waist to over shoulders
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range:  $18.00 per hour
