Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle Financials applications based on business requirements
- Work closely with business analysts and end users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers
- Perform code reviews and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Financials applications with other systems
