Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager is a pivotal role at AAA Fire Protection, responsible for overseeing and managing complex fire protection installation projects from initiation through completion. Reporting to the President and COO, this role demands strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and deep expertise in project management within the fire protection industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project life cycles, from design approval to installation, testing, and closeout.

• Coordinate and manage internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.

• Ensure strict adherence to NFPA codes (13, 13R, 13D, 14, 25) and OSHA standards.

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, project reports, and financial tracking.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the fire protection or construction industries.

• In-depth knowledge of NFPA 13, 13R, 13D, 14, and NFPA 25 standards.

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at $500K and above.

• Strong proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
