Receptionist

The Austrian-owned AVL is the world's largest independent group of companies engaged in the development, simulation and testing of hybrid, internal combustion and electric engines and drivetrains.

The Zalaegerszeg test track is unique, as the traditional test track functions focusing on drivability and driving stability are implemented together with the elements of the research and development infrastructure focusing on the vehicles of the future in the system that enables multi-level validation based on each other. The uniqueness of the test track is that it not only offers the opportunity to carry out traditional vehicle dynamics tests, but also enables validation tests of autonomous (self-driving) vehicles and electric vehicles.

 

We are looking for a new colleague in Zalaegerszeg, to expand the AVL-ZalaZONE test engineer team, for the following position:

Receptionist 

Place of work: Zalaegerszeg, Hungary

Your responsibilities:

• Receiving clients and guests arriving in person, directing and serving to colleagues;

• Postal administration, processing, receiving, filing, sorting and forwarding incoming and outgoing mail to the appropriate department;

• Fill in privacy information with visitors;

• Keep contact with the operation of the office building;

• Performing administrative tasks: document management, tracking, archiving, organizing documents, files, participating in monthly invoicing;

• Reception area management;

• Courier administration, handling of incoming and outgoing parcels;

  Administrative assistance for departments;

• Receiving and forwarding central messages to competent colleagues;

• Accompanying guests to senior executives;

• Access card management (storage, issuance, retrieval);

• Performing tasks related to managing the keys to the office building.

 

Your profile:

• At least Highschool degree;
• Hungarian is a must;
• Fluent English both oral and writing (German knowledge is an advantage);
• 1-2 years relevant work experience gained in a similar field;
• MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage;
• Able to handle complexity;
• Fast and precise in actions;
• Multi tasker;
• Team player.
