Key Responsibilities
- Drive MEMS Microphone roadmap & product definition for Consumer Electronics Market
- Gather voice of customer, accumulate market knowledge of key targeted customers/segments through competitive and market analysis to develop appropriate commercial strategies
- Provide leadership for NPI teams to take a product from concept to mass production
- Work with application engineering & R&D teams to drive outbound technical marketing collateral
- Coordinate global pricing strategy, analyze market pricing and closely monitor end-to-end margins
- Work with R&D, Operations & Finance teams to drive the cost to meet margin targets
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field. Masters’ Degree / MBA preferred
- Must have 4 - 7 years of business / engineering related work experience. Semiconductor / electrical components manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Solid analytical skills coupled with the ability to take initiative to solve complex problems
- Self-starter and strong work ethic
- Demonstrated leadership, project management and organization skills
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-pace environment
