<h2>About the job and your team</h2>
<ul>
<li>Act as a beacon of values and ethics through our daily conduct.</li>

<li>Guide and assist managers in managing talent, creating career paths, onboarding, developing training and succession plans, etc.</li>
<li>Work on the design and execution of regional projects aimed at process development and enhancement.</li>
<li>Guarantee compliance with labor laws by offering support and advice on the subject.</li>
<li>Equip managers and staff with the means and methods for the personal and professional growth of teams, retaining talent, guidance, conflict resolution, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate delivery of the area's established KPIs to the company.</li>
<li>Sustain a proper relationship with labor unions, serving as a negotiator to secure mutual benefits.</li>
<li>Handle labor affairs, including the preparation of payroll data and liaison with the external administrative office.</li>
<li>Develop job descriptions and versatility matrices.</li>

<h2>Your qualifications and skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Hold an academic bachelor's degree (bachelor’s in business, Law, Labor relationship, Phycology, or others) </li>
<li>More than 5 years of HR experience.</li>
<li>Living near or in Tarragona region.</li>
<li>Be fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the current law legislation </li>
<li>Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement</li>
</ul>
<h2>You would also ideally have</h2>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and people skills.</li>
<li>Aptitude in problem-solving.</li>
<li>Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
