Tasks:

  • Lead a team of analysts in managing and responding to complex cyber incidents
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various teams to resolve crisis situations
  • Protect customers and corporate assets by analyzing security intelligence reports and initiating incident management processes
  • Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures to prevent data breaches, cyber attacks, and other incidents
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for junior team members, overseeing their work and tracking their progress
  • Prepare detailed reports on security alerts, incidents, and SOC-related KPIs
  • Stay current with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Cyber Security domain, with a focus on Incident Response
  • Deep knowledge of tools and controls such as SIEM, EDR, WAF, and similar
  • Excellent technical expertise in cybersecurity disciplines, ideally supported by professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
