Job Description

The MBA Leadership Development Rotation Program is designed to attract and develop future leadership talent for Experian Health's business. Primary areas of interest are marketing, sales, operations, product management, finance, and strategy. Selected candidates will receive 21 months of rotational learning opportunities that will accelerate their ability to understand Experian Health and prepare them for leadership opportunities in the healthcare business.

Participants will gain an understanding of Experian’s global and regional strategies, information about its products and offerings, and broad knowledge of the healthcare industry. The program will include assignments and training in a diverse set of functional areas with the goal of preparing the program participant to land in a leadership role at Experian Health. Participants will gain experience by working on strategic and high priority projects that are designed to provide immediate value to the business.

Qualifications

  • MBA with outstanding academic achievement, emphasis in Healthcare preferred
  • Previous work experience in marketing, business, operations, finance and/or business development
  • Demonstrated leadership experience 
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business data and strategy

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.
