Technical Delivery Lead (San Antonio)

The work:
As the Technical Delivery Lead, you are responsible for leading/guiding team, applying technical and functional knowledge to meet requirements with software development methodologies, principles, & integrate per requirements. Lead other mgrs. in all aspects of development supporting core apps.
You are a detail oriented Technical Leader with a background in custom development. You also have experience with the following:
- Managing multiple projects or workstreams.
- Tracking complex delivery to fixed milestones.
- Experience with participating in full agile development lifecycle.
- Lead impact assessment/estimation for development changes based on CCB, review/confirm updates to the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Manage financials of work efforts/variances.
- Prepare/participate in scheduled Leadership QA Meetings.
- Own/manage specific areas of development scope.
- Standardize development processes, code quality improvements working with Tech Arch.
- Liaise with Program Testing Lead on potential improvements.
Here’s what you need:
- Must have experience managing a small team of managers and/or technical leads through client delivery.
- Development leadership experience and understanding of Java development, custom development stack and Custom Web Apps.
- Must be a hands-on technical manager with industry/consulting experience with Project Planning and Risk Mitigation.
- Must be a US Citizen.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
