Property Maintenance Technician

Description

Do you know how to mow a lawn, fix plumbing and electrical issues, and perform small carpentry tasks? Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community?

What you'll do:

• Maintain landscaping and groundskeeping of a 14+ acre RV park
• Maintain and repair common areas, such as laundry room, bathrooms, office, etc. This includes carpentry, building maintenance, drywall, tape and texture, and paint
• Walk property daily, picking up trash and debris
• Assess and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues in the park
• Use maintenance tools including pressure washer, drills, saws, landscaping equipment, etc.

Who you are:

• Customer service focused
• Observant, conscientious, respectful
• Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
• Mechanically inclined
• Self-starter
• Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
• Ability to manage a daily work log
• Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor

Requirements

• Ability to live onsite at our RV Park (Must have your own RV or be willing to live in our RV)
• Bilingual in Spanish 
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experienced in landscaping maintenance, including irrigation, tree/shrub trimming, and plant care
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
