Job Description

Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Marketing Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:

  • Provide first line of support to stakeholders across Visa for social media operations and governance activities, including maintaining integrity of Visa’s social media asset inventory (with business ownership, developed on SharePoint), Visa’s credential management solution: Facebook Business Manager and ERPM (Visa’s global username/password solution), and Sprinklr, Visa’s global social media management platform for organic and paid content operations.
  • Act as the overall owner of Sprinklr at Visa setup, developing strong partnerships with vendor partner to review, optimize and transform Visa’s existing Sprinklr setup.
  • Maximize operational excellence and improve global adoption of Sprinklr’s platforms to deliver optimal value to Visa’s global social media practitioners – including identifying any gaps/opportunities to ensure social content approvals and operations are accurate, efficient, and consistent.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to optimize an exclusion process for content published outside of Sprinklr that is efficient and minimize unnecessary friction.
  • Ensure Sprinklr setup accurately reflects key stakeholder needs for onboarding, training, adoption, exceptions, innovation, and support.
  • Revise reporting template, frequency, and recipient list to present a global view of Sprinklr utilization, campaign case studies, Sprinklr success stories and governance updates.
  • Develop, deliver, and distribute global social media guidance via Visa’s internal How-To Hubs, including global Sprinklr processes for user roles and permissions, user guides, and best practice sharing for onboarding, through to collaboration, publishing, measurement, and reporting.
  • Identify key stakeholders for program success, including cross-functional Marketing, Communications and Service partners, regional digital leads, and local market contacts.
  • Develop communications plan for these key stakeholders in alignment with Visa’s broader, cross-functional social media strategy, including roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Create and manage content on Visa’s internal Resource Center with relevant information around Sprinklr onboarding, training, adoption, exceptions, innovation, and support.
  • Manage social media governance programs, in partnership with the Digital Governance team.
  • Partner with the Governance team to onboard Visa’s vendor for social media surveillance and ensuring 100% of Priority 1 social media account alerts (i.e., brand Visa-related) are successfully brought back into Governance and/or are escalated to Visa’s Trademark Legal team for takedown.
  • Ensure operational excellence in Visa's approach to social media operations by ensuring ongoing maintenance of integrated inventories (SharePoint, Facebook Business Manager, Visa’s credential management platform ERPM) with Sprinklr.
  • Position reports to the Employer’s Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
  • Up to 10% domestic and international travel.
