Role Overview
This position operates in a high‑volume, call‑center–style environment and requires the ability to think quickly, multitask effectively, and remain composed in fast‑paced and sometimes stressful situations. The role manages a significant volume of phone calls, referrals, and internal messaging while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle inquiries in accordance with established protocols
(prior call center or high‑volume phone experience preferred) - Review, understand, and schedule new patient referrals accurately and efficiently
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing urgency and patient needs
- Apply strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills when addressing complex or time‑sensitive situations

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–3+ years of relevant professional experience; administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organizational structure and dynamic environment
- Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
