Project Manager (Data)

Sleed, a 360o digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google & Facebook, is looking for a Project Manager specializing in Data Analytics Projects.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from inception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, software engineers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are executed flawlessly and deliver valuable insights. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic mindset will be key assets in guiding projects to completion within scope, time, and budget.

The primary tasks that will make your day more interesting are:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage data analytics projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with company goals, stakeholder expectations, and project objectives
• Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Continuously monitor and manage scope changes, ensuring adherence to the project plan
• Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources required for project execution, including team members, tools, and technology. Optimize resource utilization to ensure project efficiency
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project success
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path. Maintain accurate project documentation and communication channels
• Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Client/Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and ensure project outcomes align with client needs
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. Validate project deliverables against predefined standards
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to management. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality
• Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance. Regularly monitor and report on project status, identifying areas for improvement
• Change Management: Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources. Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate post-project evaluations to gather lessons learned and identify process improvements. Apply insights to enhance future project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management/ Technology/ Engineering or at least 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing data analytics projects, preferably within retail, marketing and logistics sectors.
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies and tools
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex technical concepts
• Experience with client/stakeholder management and engagement
