<p> </p> <p><strong>Overview</strong><br>The Sr. Data Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales and demand planning functions. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a comprehensive suite of Power BI tools and dashboards to analyze various data sources, including syndicated (e.g., Nielsen/IRI), shipment, and internal sales data. Your work will provide the critical insights needed to drive strategic decision-making, optimize sales performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain a robust suite of Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends for syndicated and shipment data.</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver analytics solutions that support their objectives.</li> <li>Improve and automate data processes and workflows, including data collection, validation, and integration across multiple sources</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and improve our data analytics capabilities, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.</li> <li>Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for business stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.</li> <li>3-5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within the CPG industry.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Capabilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices.</li> <li>Strong experience working with syndicated data providers (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, SPINS).</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.</li> <li>A strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and deliver clear, actionable solutions.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Good Stuff – Benefits</strong><br>Our team members' physical and mental health is important to a thriving workplace.
