About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Product Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing product data, conducting insightful business analytics, and supporting the implementation of effective A/B testing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our data-driven decision-making process and drive product improvements that enhance customer experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Data Analyst looking to transition into a Product facing roles.
Day to Day:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to identify key business questions and data requirements.

Perform in-depth analysis of product data, including user behavior, conversion rates, and revenue, to uncover actionable insights and provide recommendations for product enhancements.

Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics, such as engagement, retention, and conversion.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that effectively communicate performance trends, user behavior, and product KPIs.

Work closely with data engineers to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data pipelines and datasets.

Collaborate with the product team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven strategies to achieve product goals.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user segmentation to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics, data analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.

Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and through well-structured reports.
What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).

3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a B2C company.

Proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data querying languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

Familiarity with data tools and technologies such as data warehouses, BI platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics). Experience with Heap/Amplitude/MixPanel.

Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests and interpreting statistical results.

Solid understanding of business analytics principles and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
