Shift Hours: 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Starting Pay Rate: $19 per hour

The Dixon Group is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to support our daily warehouse operations. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a supportive team, this role could be the perfect fit.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of warehouse duties that may include packing, picking, checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping and material handling. May use automated warehouse management system.

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time. Your responsibilities may include:

• Picking, packing, and checking customer orders
• Shipping, receiving, and stocking materials
• Replenishing inventory to maintain product availability
• Using warehouse equipment and basic warehouse management systems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Following established safety and operating procedures

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and thrives in a team setting.
Successful candidates will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Reliability and willingness to support team goals
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Flexibility to assist with different tasks as needed
