Facilities Maintenance Technician

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Facilities Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Montgomery, TX.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $21/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Construct furniture, play-sets and toys as needed
• Move furniture and other large objects
• Hang signs, sign brackets, bulletin boards, white boards, changing tables, television wall mount bracket and backpack hooks
• Install fences, privacy screen panels, chain link fence, privacy slats and/or vinyl tape as needed
• Dispose of boxes and trash as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements

• Must have previous construction/handyman experience
• Ability to read construction plans
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs pounds if necessary
