Location: Cincinnati, OH (HQ), Chicago, IL

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly.
Travel Requirements: 10-15% as needed to support the business.

Job Summary
PatientPoint, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Total Rewards Leader to join our growing business.  In this high impact leadership role, you will set the strategy for broad-based compensation and benefits programs that deliver an excellent employee experience while demonstrating ongoing ROI.  Working with the broader HR team and business leaders across all functions, you will lead efforts to design and implement Total Rewards solutions that enhance our ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent.  Reporting to our Chief People Officer, this role will require being both hands-on and strategic.

What You’ll Do

  • Consult with Chief People Officer and senior leadership in developing a Total Rewards philosophy and supporting policies and practices
  • Implement, communicate, and administer Total Rewards programs that attract and retain high-performing talent and that are fair, equitable, competitive, and cost-effective.
  • Create and manage a job leveling/pay banding program across the business
  • Identify, set up and manage effective market data sources and systems and consult with HR and leaders on market practices/trends
  • Set and oversee the organization's annual compensation review cycle, including the design, manager/employee communication, and training of process and end-to-end process management
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on offers, promotions, transfers, and development of policies and guidelines to support the company's continued growth.
  • Assist in developing and effectively leveraging an HRIS that supports Total Rewards processes
  • Develop financial and operational reporting to provide key analytics and metrics related to Total Rewards
  • Evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain all compensation policies and programs, which include salary, annual incentives, and short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Assist in the design & development of tools and frameworks to support creation of career paths within the organization and inform promotion decisions
  • Partner with Sales leadership to help evaluate, modify, and design effective Sales compensation structures
  • Collaborate on Mergers and Acquisitions leading the HR due diligence process.
  • Partner with Finance on compensation and financial planning process to ensure payroll expense meets budget plans
  • Consistently research and share best practices and emerging trends in compensation, health & welfare benefits, and time off programs and propose innovative ways to evolve.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the benefits function that results in the effective and efficient management of programs and partners
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of employee benefits in accordance with plan documents and benefit policies and procedures
  • Design and implement benefit communications strategy and creation of benefit communications, to keep employees informed.
  • Partner and manage relationships with brokers and consultants to benchmark, strategize, design, and renew benefit plans
  • Design and oversee company-wide wellbeing campaigns, programs, and activities to promote employee engagement and to help attract and retain talent
  • Oversee the management of 401k & retirement plans, including compliance and fiduciary activities
  • Provide leadership and direction to Total Reward’s team and motivate them to pursue high levels of excellence
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements as relates to Total Rewards
  • Partner with Chief People Officer to prepare for Board Compensation Committee

What We Need

  • 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources with 5+ years’ experience in development, implementation, and execution of compensation strategies in support of business objectives
  • Experience in a multi-location and sophisticated business environment.
  • Proven experience creating and managing innovative, compelling compensation and total rewards programs; skilled at interpreting business needs and making decisions based on emerging priorities
