As an ERP Data Analyst, you will be responsible for daily analysis of data extracted from multiple systems to validate, track down, or identify potential problems that exist. Once problems or discrepancies are identified between the systems, this individual will get specific details, find the origins, and create solutions to rectify the problems.

 

• Create, design, and modify reports extracted from multiple systems, to include (but not limited to) ERP, Intranet, WMS, and HRIS.
• Extract, modify, and manage data originating from the Oracle ERP
• Innovate new reporting based on business needs and drive efficiencies resulting in cost
• Collaborate across departments and contribute to documentation for systems, web applications, and
• Gather raw data and make it presentable, usable, and
• Use general office

Essential Qualities for Success

 

• At least 5 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Oracle ERP Systems.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
• Experience or understanding of API's, including working with JSON and SOAP
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and come up with creative ideas to support the business and drive efficiencies resulting in cost savings.
• Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work

 

 

Physical Requirements 

 

• Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
• Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
• Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
