About the role

Your responsibilities

Be an integral part of the regional Essential Home’s leadership team working in partnership with the regional SVP and the respective functional leaders (e.g. marketing, sales, supply, etc) for alignment and sponsorship. 

Oversee project processes and sign-offs. 

Manage audits, BCP, local infrastructure, mobile, and telephony investments. 

Oversee entire North America and Canada, including factories, for new solution demands, roadmap definition, and value creation. 

Manage IT&D budgets and drive cost reduction projects. 

Ensure value realization in regional P&Ls. 

Drive digital commercial excellence with external partners. 

The experience we're looking for

In-depth knowledge of IT and digital product and platform architecture, including lifecycle, regulations, and pioneering industry practices.
Strong communication abilities, fostering cooperation among senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

This opportunity requires you to create something new, not to upgrade or transform something existing. Looking for vision and thought leadership, while being pragmatic in the implementation. 

You have an entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability. 

You are collaborative and build bridges internally and externally. 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a IT management role 

Strategic planning capability and vision.
